Pavithra Giridharan was born and raised in Chennai, India. She earned her undergraduate in English Literature from Stella Maris College, Chennai, India, and holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA.
From a young age, Pavithra has been passionate about reading. She has always been fascinated by stories from the Hindu puranas and itihasas, as well as from Greek and Roman mythology.
Pavithra is currently a Professor of Psychology at Middlesex Community College, MA.
In her spare time, she enjoys teaching children about Hindu culture. She resides in Massachusetts with her husband and her two children. When she is not teaching, grading, or writing, she loves listening to audiobooks.
